Feedback
Feedback - why I made my changes
I got feedback on my last digipak and peoples comments were:
1. That the grey on the outside on my digipak looked disjointed with the inside and looked like two separate digipaks -- therefore I decided to change the outside ones to black with bold colours to match the inside
2. That the writing on the inside colours with the lyrics was too large and therefore lost some of the effect -- I have now changed the writing to make it smaller and add more of the lyrics.
3. I used too many fonts -- I have now changed the fonts I used to the same font on the front of the album and the digipak poster to create synergy and one other font on the back/binder and lyric page so that inly two fonts have been used making my digipak flow better.
4. The colour of the triangles was wrong -- The colour on the triangles were too pastel like therefore I used the pipette tools to pick out the colours from the lips and make the triangles bolder and match them to create continuity throughout the digipak.
5. The poster should link more to the album cover -- the poster needed to link more as it was advertising the album therefore I changed the poster to match the album cover giving more continuity and a better branding of my artist.
6. The back cover needed changing -- I completely changed my back over to link in more with the rest of the digipak and the video, I used the lips I had used in a previous slide however added some distortion to give it more manipulation and make it more interesting.
7. The back cover font was too big -- I made the font on the back cover smaller as it was too big and made it look less authentic.
8. I also added binders and changed the font on the binder to create more synergy wit the rest of the digipak.
